I had to claim a phone. From the start I received a very good customer service and they kept on updating me until my phone claim was successfully approved. I thought this will take me months while waiting however it was faster than I expected. And they gave me the exact phone that I lost. Thank you so much.

My son lost his phone and it was only one month old. So I called the insurance company to claim. The call centre agent was so helpful and they even called me back to update me with regards to my claim till it was delivered. They sent / replace me the exact phone that my son lost and it was so quick. The service I received left me and my son happy .

I have previously not claimed from my insurance, and as things often happen after only being with Monitor administrators for three months we had an electrical storm, and power surges damaged my gate motor, submersible pump, and geyser, so we had three claims in the space of two weeks.
